Before the session, individual participants will complete the introduction to the topic, then answer the individual readiness questions. Print your answers for use in a team activity.

Read the following short articles:

• Read Andrew Garrison’s (2015) article, titled “Screening, Diagnosis, and Management of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus”
• Read ACOG Practice Bulletin (2017) article, titled “Clinical Management Guidelines for Obstetrician–Gynecologists – Gestational Diabetes”
